1. product applications:

Flexible contortion-resistant cables for use in wind power systems or similar systems.

2.Use the feature :

2.1.Flame retardant performance: The single flame retardant test of the cable meets the requirements of GB/T18380.12-2008, and the beam burning test Class C meets the requirements of GB/T 18380.35-2008; 

2.2.The cable meets 10000 times of torsional resistance test at normal temperature and 2000 times of torsional resistance test at low temperature;

2.3.The maximum load of the cable is 15N/mm2 The cable is resistant to moisture, salt spray, oil, ultraviolet and ozone.

3. Product usage characteristics:

3.1. Rated voltage: 450/750V, 0.6/1kV. 

3.2. Max. Admissible operating temperature of conductor: 90℃, Max. 250℃ when conductor

short circuit (short circuit time not exceeding 5s). 

3.3. Cable installation minimum bending radius: 6D(D- cable outer diameter,mm). 

3.4. Cable installation environment temperature: ≥0℃; Ambient temperature: -40℃ to +65℃.

4. cable main technical indicators :

4.1 Conductor structure: annealed soft copper wire, in accordance with GB/T 3956 the class5 stranded conductor. 

4.2 Insulation material: ethyl-propylene rubber mixture. 

4.3 Jacket: Neoprene gum mixture or other equivalent synthetic elastomer.
